FINANCIAL REPORT SUMMER 2015:

Graham Sands went through his balance sheet. Robert Shore questioned a minor detail and eventually proposed
that the balance sheet should be accepted, this was seconded by Dave Oaks and all were in favour.

SECRETARY'S REPORT:

Our secretary Ian Affleck spoke at length about how well the league has gone and his anticipation on how                    the league will progress for the forthcoming season, which will start on the 16th of October.

NEW TEAMS:

Four new teams were up for the floor to debate: Sydney Arms, Duke A, White Lion A and White Lion B.

After the teams' representatives left the room the meeting's attendees discussed at length the pros and cons with letting the new teams into the league.

The teams' representatives were invited back into the room and were congratulated with the confirmation on            the floor accepting them all into the league.

A unanamous vote in favour of two teams promoted and no teams relegated meant that the forthcoming league
will consist of 13 teams in each division.

DISCUSSION OF PROPOSALS:

After a lengthy discussion it was decided by a majority vote that the league will scrap handing in result sheets in
favour of posting on the league's official Facebook page before midnight on the Monday following the games.
It was agreed that the captain of the winning team is responcible for getting the photo of the sheet onto Facebook
and he or she should also be responcible for keeping the winning sheets until the end of the season in-case of any
problems whereby the committee need to inspect the a sheet.

It was also mentioned by Rich Rhodes from the Flying Lady A, that it wasn't good enough to move forward with the
secretary only updating the interactive website on the Thursday following the games.  Monday at midnight when the
sheets need to be posted on Facebook seems more reasonable.

The meeting closed at 9:56pm.
