THE MALC BROADFIELD MEMORIAL TROPHY


The top two players in each division will compete in the Merits Finals played in memory of Malcolm Broadfield who supported the League, in particular the merits, for many years.

Players are ranked throughout the season by their first single frame wins only.
1st placed players of merits of each division be recognised for their achievement (e.g. trophy, plaque or certificate).

Should there be a tie with players in 1st and 2nd of the merits in any division, then places will be decided on countback by taking the sum of all the opponents rankings that they have beaten.

As there are 5 Divisions, 4 of the 5 Runners Up will be drawn into the Preliminary round with the remaining players drawn randomly into the the quarter finals and then a straight knockout.
Quarter Finals and Semi Finals best of 5 frames, Final best of 7 frames.
